A story behind: Shooting long exposure photos in full daylight with a sun shining brightly can be a challenge.

First wait for the sun to hide over any cloud to catch less light. Find a spot where your camera is standing in a shady place and is not being directly hit be the sun light. Put the darkest filter you have.
